GICA – Real Estate Managers Association of the province of Cádiz
Ondomus Sotogrande Real Estate is a member of GICA, the Real Estate Managers Association of the province of Cádiz. GICA – MLS Cádiz is a group of real estate agencies that cooperate with one another through a common pool of properties. For the first time in the province of Cádiz, more than 90 companies in the real estate sector unite for a common purpose: to offer their clients the best service.
Its operation is based on the system called MLS (Multiple Listing Service). It is an orderly and cooperative working method, which allows cross-referencing buyer and seller clients within the same CRM, exponentially multiplying the possibilities of purchase, sale, or rental. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, I lead Ondomus Sotogrande Real Estate as a co-owner and managing director. Passionate about my work, my family, and sports in general, I enjoy helping our clients daily throughout the process of buying and selling a property so that they feel secure and fully advised, enjoying the process as much as I do. Before entering the real estate world more than 20 years ago, I studied Industrial Technical Engineering and was a professional basketball player, as well as running some hospitality businesses. Married and father of two daughters. I love basketball, motorsports, and a good trip with my family.

After more than a decade behind the lens as a freelance, Fran Montes joins the team to enhance each property through his professional photographs and videos, seeking the personality of each property and using his extensive experience in the image and creativity sector. He also takes care of administrative tasks and is in the office to attend to each client who visits us kindly.
Passionate about motorcycles, fpv drones (First Person View), rock, travel, and cameras, he always has to find something to enjoy or play with in his free time, whether with friends, as a couple, or alone.
“I have lived in Sotogrande for over 24 years and consider Spain and the Costa del Sol my home. I studied at SIS Sotogrande and then spent 4 years in the United Kingdom training in Theater Arts. After a brief period working in the industry, I decided to return to Spain and have worked in the area since then, dedicating myself to the commercial world, from car sales and maintenance to real estate. I believe this part of the world has everything one could need and during my time here I have gained a good knowledge of what, who and where. I have an open nature and genuinely enjoy connecting and meeting new people.
My hobbies include sea fishing, spearfishing, hunting, skiing, reading and enjoying a wide variety of music. I also like to help others find new hobbies or connect them with local experts who can be of great help if they are new to the area.
